How to use ICTBroadcast Module in Menus

1. Goto Leads menu

2. select your contacts

3. click on the Actions button and chose ICTBroadcast

4. Enter Contact Group name, Select Campaign type, check export all fields and save it

Note: You will redirect to the ICTBroadcast page

5. Enter a Campaign Name, select recording, set up other required fields, and save it

How to use ICTBroadcast Extension

1. Goto More menu and select ICTExtension

2. Click on Create Campaign

3. Select Campaign type, enter contact group, campaign name, upload contact .csv file, upload recording file, and save it.

The said integration with the use of REST APIs enables automation of the business process and enables the user to create and run campaigns directly from any CRM like SuiteCRM, VtigerCRM, EspoCRM, YetiforceCRM, Flarepoint CRM, and others.

According to Wikipedia, SugarCRM is a software company based in Cupertino, California. It produces the web application Sugar, a customer relationship management (CRM) system.

SugarCRM’s functionality includes sales-force automation, marketing campaigns, customer support, collaboration, Mobile CRM, Social CRM, and reporting.

The company operates a number of websites, including SugarCRM community edition, commercial website Sugarcrm.com and Sugar Exchange (for third-party extensions), and user forums. As of 2017, SugarCRM reported two million users.

We have successfully integrated ICTBroadcast autodialer software with the known SugarCRM Community Edition using REST API of ICTBroadcast, the unified autodialer software.

The said integration enables the user to communicate directly with his contacts/customers directly from SugarCRM, either using general contacts lists or leads lists or opportunity lists, or others. Recently we have successfully integrated Vtiger CRM with ICTBroadcast using REST API of ICTBroadcast, the unified autodialer software.

The said integration enables the user to communicate directly with his contacts/customers directly from (CRM), either using general contacts lists or leads lists or opportunity lists or others. As a CRM, the software helps you to track all customer information and interactions in one location to follow more leads. The Lead Management, Marketing Automation, Sales Data, and Partner Management apps let you follow these leads until they are ready for conversion.

In addition to the web interface, Salesforce offers a SOAP/REST Web service API that enables integration with other systems.

Salesforce works on Modelcontroller architecture.

Apex

Apex is a proprietary programming language provided by the Force.com platform to developers similar to Java and C#. It is a strongly typed, object-oriented, case-insensitive programming language, following a dot-notation and curly-brackets syntax. Click the setup button

Go to Manage Users and click Profiles.

Click Edit on the specific profile you’re updating.

Scroll down to Administrative Permissions and check the API Enabled box.

Click Save.

Returns JSON encoded string containing contact_id if successful. In case of any failure, it will return false.

This function creates a message (voice) campaign. It requires a recording message and a contact group to run a campaign.

Returns JSON encoded string containing campaign_id if successful. In case of any failure, it will return false.

It became popular when SugarCRM decided to stop the development of its open-source version. It is a free and open-source alternative application based on the last open-source SugarCRM release and contains many additional enhancements and new modules. It was released on October 21, 2013, as of version 7.0, and provides upgrade paths for existing SugarCRM users.

SuiteCRM won the BOSSIE Award 2015 and BOSSIE Award 2016 for the world’s best Open Source CRM.
