The following are steps that should be completed before launching a campaign with predictive dialer capabilities. Steps to launch a campaign (For Admin)

Steps required to start a predictive campaign

  1. Create Agent Extensions
  2. Create Queue / Skill Group
  3. Assign newly created agents/queues (skill group) to the desired user
  4. Associate agents to newly created queue
  5. Create recordings (not needed for agent campaign)
  6. Create contact group
  7. Upload contacts
  8. Create and Launch an agent / interactive campaign

Steps for Agents to manage calls

  1. Login at agent panel
  2. Change agent status to ready
