How Simple Voice Broadcasting Works

This type of campaign enables users to upload a list of telephone numbers as contact lists, upload or create voice messages, and start a new campaign using the ICTBroadcast web interface. Within seconds, ICTBroadcast starts broadcasting the voice message to the list with real-time statistics presented through the web interface.

How Interactive Voice Broadcasting Works

This campaign dials numbers from a contact list, plays a selected voice message upon answer, and prompts the recipient to press a desired key. If the recipient presses the key, the call is forwarded to a live agent, Call Centre, or IVR for further handling.

How Agent Supported Campaigns Work

This type of campaign dials numbers from the contact list and, upon answer, directly forwards calls to live agents, an external call centre, or an IVR system for immediate support and call handling.

How Survey / Polls Work

This campaign dials numbers and plays one or multiple survey questions sequentially. It captures appropriate DTMF responses from recipients for detailed reporting and analysis.
