We can watch the server too

A broadcasting platform fails in a particular way. The campaign still reads as active, the dashboard looks busy, and nothing is actually dialling because the campaign daemon died underneath it. From outside the server looks perfectly healthy.

That is one of the things our monitoring checks explicitly, alongside trunk registration, channel counts, disk and the services that carry them. Critical faults open a ticket on your account. Here is the full list of what it watches, with screenshots from a live installation.
