Agents can be registered with the ICTBroadcast system remotely using either a softphone or an IP Phone. You will need the following details:
- Extension Number
- Extension Password
- ICTBroadcast IP Address (Proxy / Registrar / Domain)

### Setup Guide: Zoiper Classic
- Download: Download Zoiper Classic softphone (free) for your desktop: Download Zoiper
- Install: Unzip and install the application on your Desktop.
- Launch: Double-click the Zoiper icon to run the softphone.
- Settings: Go to the “Options” tab.
- Add Account: Click on “Add new SIP Account”.
- Account Name: Enter any suitable name for the account.
- Domain: Enter the IP Address of your ICTBroadcast system.
- Username: Enter your Extension Number.
- Password: Enter your Extension Secret.
- CallerID: Enter any suitable CallerID name.
- Register: Select your new account from the dropdown and click “Register”.
✅ After successful registration, you will start receiving calls automatically.
